Instructional and Sample Videos

(in no particular order)

Kettlebell

2-Hand Kettlebell Swing
In this video titled "Stop doing shi##y Kettlebell swings", Kelly does a good job of showing the correct way (and some incorrect ways) of doing the 2-Hand KB Swing.

Kettlebell Clean and Press
The most informative instructional video I've ever watched, bar none - absolutely chalk full of detailed information. I watched this dozens of times as I was getting started, each time picking up on another tidbit of information I hadn't noticed earlier.
from Mark Wildman

Kettlebell Reverse Turkish Getup
There are so many variables happening during a Turkish Getup, but it's ultimately about the structure and body positioning as you move into and through each movement. Mark reversed the order (starting from standing) to eliminate any opportunity for resting when the KB touches the ground in the traditional order.

Kettlebell Halo
Halo, Shield Cast, Gamma Cast, 360, 10 & 2... There are so many variations of this movement, and that's because of how important it is to your shoulders and functional fitness into your 50s, 60s, and beyond. The movement feels slightly different when using a Kettlebell compared with a Club compared with a Mace. This one, the Kettlebell Halo, is a great place to start.

Kettlebell Figure 8 to Waiters Catch
This is NOT a beginner-level exercise, but it is an awesome exercise - basically a deadlift with rotation which combines power with endurance. I love this movement; I've since added this to my KB Medley long-cycle workout.

Clubs

2-Handed Inside Circle
Inside Circle is the fundamental below-the-waist movement for heavy club swinging. Get this one right, then practice with thousands of reps, and you'll be ready and able to move on to more advanced swings. This is true for 2-Handed and Single-Arm club swinging (see below).
from Mark Wildman

Single Arm Inside Circle
Inside Circle is the fundamental below-the-waist movement for heavy club swinging. Get this one right, then practice with thousands of reps, and you'll be ready and able to move on to more advanced swings.

Mace

Simple Starter Mace Flow
This YouTube Short opened my eyes to the simplicty of chaining multiple simple mace movements together into a flow/kata, including the now-obvious idea of mirroring the movements to the left and right.

Flowing with a Heavy Mace
I struggled with the concept of "mace flow" being so graceful and inviting, but I felt like I had so much more progress to be made from more regulated mace work. This video shows Harbert flowing with a 16kg mace - it makes the work seem harder and more human (like it would be for me with a regular-weight mace..)
from The Flowing Dutchman

Flowing with a Heavier Mace
Same concept as the one above, but with an even heavier 20kg mace. The movements become closer to what we mortals should be able to do with a mace.
from The Flowing Dutchman

Power Archer Flow
This video shows 5 different "levels" of an Archer movement, and the way he makes it seem so easy-breezy while introducing a ton of complexity really hit home for me how infinite the Mace journey can be. You can really take Mace as far and as deep as you want to.
