Park Bench vs Bus Bench, and Rite of Passage
In this video Dan talks about his preference for Park Bench workouts as opposed to Bus Bench workouts, and why enjoying the road/process is more important than the amount of weight pressed. (Although he also talks about lifting really heavy weights - heavier than I will ever pickup.) His philosophy here dovetails generally with what I teach on my own site.

We uncovered that progress was generally upward but also that sometimes you have to take a step back in order to continue stepping forward long-term.

Why I'm adding 10 & 2s to my Mace 360 workouts.
360s are the foundational Mace exercises, similar to Kettlebell swings. 10 & 2s are very similar but slightly different. This video discusses the similarities and differences between them.
